Its not just about light weight vehicles anymore!
The Army has earmarked significant funds for heavy vehicles in the 2009 budget.
Although lightweight vehicles have increased in popularity, heavy vehicles, both combat and tactical, have always been, and will continue to be, a fundamental part of battlefield success. IDGA’s Heavy Vehicles Summit will focus on the most important and relevant aspects of heavy vehicle technology, modernization and advancements. Among the many topics to be covered are survivability, maneuverability, maintenance and use in current and future conflicts. This forum will bring together those who have a personal and professional stake in heavy vehicle technology and knowledge.
IDGA’s Inaugural Heavy Vehicles Summit will focus on the issues that matter most to the heavy combat vehicle and heavy tactical vehicle community.
